Hec est finalis concordia facta in curia domini regis anno regni regis R[icardi] x die jouis proxima post festum sancti Mathei apostoli apud Norwic[um] coram Ricardo Barre Eliensi archidiacono et Willelmo de Warrenn[] et Roberto filio Rogeri Willelmo de Auben[] et Osberto filio Heruei et Michaele Belet just[iciariis] domini regis et aliis baronibus et fidelibus domini regis tunc ibidem presentibus inter Willelmum filium Hedmund petentem et Alfredum de Tunstall[] tenentem de xxviij acris terre cum pertinentiis in Tunst[] unde recognitio de morte antecessoris fuit summonita inter eos in eadem curia scilicet quod predictus Alfredus remisit et quietum clamauit totum jus et clamium suum quod habuit in predicta terra predicto Willelmo et heredibus suis de se et heredibus suis in perpetuum Et pro hac fine et concordia et recognitione predictus Willelmus dedit predicto Alfredo et heredibus suis tres partes totius predicte terre et unam acram ulterius de eadem terra cum pertinentiis tenendas de se et heredibus suis in perpetuum per seruitium xvj solidorum et iij denariorum et vj cercellarum pro omni seruitio saluo forinseco seruitio ad iiij terminos scilicet iiij solidos et j denarium ad festum sancti Michaelis et ad festum sancti Andree iiij solidos et j denarium ad festum sancte Marie marcialis iiij solidos et j denarium et ad festum sancti Johannis baptiste liij solidos
