Honorius episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis abbati et conuentui Sancte Crucis de Castro Puellarum ordinis sancti Augustini salutem et apostolicam benediccionem Justis petencium desideriis dignum est nos facilem prebere consensum et vota que a racionis tramite non discordant effectu prosequente complere Ea propter dilecti in domino filii vestris iustis postulacionibus gratum impercientes assensum ecclesiam de Paxton cum capellis decimis obuencionibus terris et aliis bonis pertinentibus ad eandem a dioecesano episcopo patronorum eiusdem ecclesie accedente assensu monasterio vestro pia liberalitate collatam vobis et per vos eidem monasterio auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio communimus Specialiter indulgentes vt liceat vobis duos de fratribus vestris instituere in eadem quorum vnus dioecesano episcopo presentetur vt ab eo curam recipiat animarum eique de spiritualibus vobis autem teneatur de temporalibus respondere nisi forte consuetudo loci approbata repugnet Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmacionis et concessionis infringere vel ei ausu temerario contraire Si quis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit indignacionem omnipotentis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum Dat Lateran v kalendas Mali pontificatus nostri anno primo
