Omnibus Cristi fidelibus ad quos presens scriptum peruenerit Matilda quondam uxor Nicholai de Luci de Crendune eternam in domino salutem Noueritis me remisisse et penitus quietum clamasse Reginaldo de Hamdene et Nicholae uxori sue heredibus et assignatis eorum totum jus et clamium quod habui uel aliquo modo habere potui in tertia parte vnius mesuagii et vnius virgate terre cure pertinentiis in Chiltune quam quidem tertiam partem nuper pecii per breue regis de dote unde nichil habet in curia ipsius regis nomine dotis vnde prefatus Nicholaus vir meus obiit seysitus pro viginti solidis sterlingorum quos iidem Reginaldus et Nicholaa michi dederunt pre manibus Ita quod quodlibet breue inde perpetratum [uel] perpetrandum de cetero adnihiletur In cuius rei testimonium huic scripto sigillum meum apposui Hiis testibus Ada filio Petri de Crendone Radulfo Seuin de eadem Thoma de Buketoft Thoma de Adingraue Ricardo la Warde de Wttune et aliis Datum apud Chiltune sexto die Januarii anno regni regis Edwardi filii regis Henrici tricesimo quinto
